About The Position

The Auditor position at HSAG is a vital role within the Audits department, focusing on healthcare performance measurement projects. This position involves performing healthcare auditing, data validation, and supporting various stages of project implementation and reporting. The Auditor will work under supervision, contributing to the development of work plans, overseeing project tasks, and ensuring effective communication with project partners and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, science, or healthcare-related field.
  • At least one year of work experience in healthcare is required; two years preferred.
  • At least one year of auditing experience is required.
  • Proficient English communication skills, including public speaking and writing.
  • Proficient interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in conducting research via the Internet.
  • Ability to handle several projects simultaneously and work with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a contributing member of HSAG's Audits department within DSAA.
  • Act as a liaison between management personnel and staff, transmitting decisions and information.
  • Lead project management tasks, including communication under supervision.
  • Communicate with project partners, consultants, and subcontractors on audit-related projects.
  • Maintain, tag, and sort documents for assigned projects on SharePoint and HSAG's networks.
  • Prepare project deliverables and lead documentation submissions under supervision.
  • Develop and adhere to project time and task schedules, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Meet deadlines and accurately prepare various project documents and reports.
  • Support the development of written and data-oriented reports in Microsoft Word and Excel under supervision.
  • Conduct research via the Internet on assigned clinical topics.
  • Participate in healthcare educational and training presentations as required.
  • Conduct Internal Quality Control (IQC) monitoring regarding efficiency and effectiveness of activities.
  • Present issues and recommended solutions, taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Serve as a reference on Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) measures.
