About The Position
The Bensalem Township School District anticipates hiring a Long Term Sub Health & Physical Education Teacher for the second Semester 2025-2026 school year. Anticipated start date 1-23-2026 to 6-10-2026. This position will be based at Valley Elementary School.
Requirements
- PA Instructional Certificate
- Knowledge of content in certification area
- Classroom/group management skills
- Ability to use instructional materials and equipment
- Knowledge of child growth and development
- Instructional skills
- Planning Skills
- Human Relations Skills
- Ability to communicate and to demonstrate interpersonal skills effectively in dealing with students, staff, parents, community members, and educational agencies as related to performance of the duties of the position.
- Ability to perform routine tasks cooperatively and to adjust to interruptions, variables, or changes in standardized situations.
