About The Position
The Health Outreach Program Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships with ES clients, and for the success of the Health Outreach Health Worker Program. The Program Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of a staff of Community Health Workers (CHWs) and doulas assigned to the client project; collaborates with stakeholders via direct communication, reviews online surveys or comments, secondary escalations complaints and opportunities on behalf of the client; Facilitates between client, scope of service performance and service delivery.
