About The Position
The Health & Nutrition Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and implementation of nutrition and health content for children from birth to age five across all Head Start sites operated by the Community Action Program for Central Arkansas (CAPCA). This role involves ensuring compliance with various regulations, maintaining tracking systems, and providing training and technical assistance in nutrition and health to staff, parents, and the community.
