What You’ll Do Plans, organizes and leads specific evidence-based programming for all participants. Leads with enthusiasm and positive motivation in program. Organizes and maintains program records including, but not limited to attendance records, rosters, etc. Manages all equipment. Maintains a clean and risk-free environment. Communicates effectively and timely with program participants. Promotes other YMCA programs by handing out brochures, answering questions, or referral to appropriate person. Ensures compliance with all YGBW policies and standard operating procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned. Why You Need to Apply Not meeting every single requirement? Requirements

  • 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 5 years of advanced experience in program area
  • Minimum of 4 years teaching in health and wellness
  • Training and qualifications in the specialized instruction area
  • Demonstrate advance knowledge of specialized instruction area
  • Ability to effectively use technology for programmatic needs
  • Obtain and maintain all new hires certifications and trainings within 90 days of hire
