About The Position
Ortho Sport & Spine Physicians is a leading provider of orthopedic and spine care, committed to clinical excellence, innovation, and patient-centered service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and proactive eClinicalWorks (eCW) Help Desk Agent to join our IT team. This individual will serve a key role in supporting system users, leading EMR optimization projects, and ensuring our teams are equipped to deliver exceptional patient care.
