About The Position

Precise is seeking a visionary and accomplished Health IT Program Director to lead large-scale federal health IT initiatives, with a strong emphasis on FDA-regulated programs. This senior leadership role is critical to driving program excellence across complex portfolios by providing strategic direction, technical depth, and operational leadership. The ideal candidate brings a strong engineering background, deep familiarity with FDA systems and regulatory standards, and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams while expanding federal business through capture and re-compete efforts. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale federal health IT programs, with a primary focus on FDA-regulated initiatives Provide technical and management leadership across major project tasks, driving innovation and operational excellence Develop and execute federal business development and capture strategies aligned to corporate growth objectives Influence senior stakeholders and present complex technical concepts clearly Spearhead capture efforts for new business and re-compete contracts Manage and maintain a qualified federal opportunity pipeline Direct and mentor large, cross-functional teams Oversee program financials, staffing, and vendor coordination Required Qualifications 15+ years of progressive IT program or project management experience 8+ years leading large teams and complex federal portfolios Extensive FDA-regulated environment experience Demonstrated success winning federal contracts Strong engineering foundation Active PMP certification required Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required ABOUT US Precise Software Solutions, Inc., an SBA 8(a) program participant, is an innovative small business with a proven record of success delivering quality services and solutions to government organizations. Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive IT program or project management experience
  • 8+ years leading large teams and complex federal portfolios
  • Extensive FDA-regulated environment experience
  • Demonstrated success winning federal contracts
  • Strong engineering foundation
  • Active PMP certification required
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required
