About The Position

The Health Insurance Broker position at Core Value Insurance Group LLC is a full-time, commission-based role focused on assisting seniors with their Medicare coverage options. Requirements

• High school education and above.
• Driven personality with a hunger for growth.
• Entrepreneurial spirit to grow a personal book of business.
• Basic computer and technology skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to travel via personal vehicle around the greater Philadelphia area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face consultations with Medicare beneficiaries to assess their healthcare needs.
• Provide clear and accurate explanations of different Medicare carriers, options, and plans.
• Assist clients with the enrollment process in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plans, and other ancillary health products.
• Maintain relationships with clients, providing ongoing support regarding their coverage.
• Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
• Stay informed about the latest changes and updates in Medicare regulations and offerings, including adhering to all CMS Regulations and Guidelines.
