Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Must demonstrate an aptitude for problem-solving and a strong desire to succeed
  • Ability to determine solutions for customers and problem solve in real time (consultative sales approach)
  • Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Undergraduate degree a plus
  • Life & Health License not but preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Calculate insurance premiums by gathering pertinent information utilizing different quoting engines
  • Communicate and present an insurance package to approximately 50-100 live clients each day
  • Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening and select the best solution in an efficient manner
  • Adhere to all contract, property, and insurance laws
  • Provide customer service for each client to maintain a positive client-advisor relationship
