About The Position
To ensure that a health record is maintained for every individual who is an evaluated and/or treated patient. To be responsible for overseeing day-to-day management of the health records department functions, which include, the monitoring of confidentiality and security. This person is also responsible for ensuring that the health records are in compliance with standards of documentation and format. Must demonstrate general knowledge of health records, medical terminology, scheduling techniques, and customer service skills. Will maintain health records in accordance with standards of accreditation and Mosaic Medical's policies/procedures. This is a remote position, only in the state of Oregon.
