About The Position
On Lok Lifeways PACE is a non-profit organization dedicated to the care of elders, providing long-term senior care through a comprehensive program designed to address the needs of frail seniors. The PACE model emphasizes community-based care, allowing seniors to receive necessary services while remaining in their homes. The Health Information Technician-Level 1 plays a crucial role in maintaining the electronic health records of participants, ensuring accurate documentation and data collection. This position reports directly to the Health Information Manager.
