About The Position
We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy professional to oversee clinical systems, technology, and data management across a growing multi-site dermatology practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of healthcare operations, IT systems, and process improvement.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in healthcare systems, IT with Health focus
- Strong experience with EHR/PM systems
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and workflows
- Highly organized, solution-oriented, and detail-driven
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to travel between all locations when needed
- Able to perform all duties of the position
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize EMR/EHR and Practice Management systems
- Standardize templates and improve clinical workflows
- Oversee IT infrastructure, vendors, and system performance
- Support data reporting, dashboards, and operational insights
- Ensure compliance with MIPS, HIPAA, and CLIA
- Coordinate provider & staff team onboarding/offboarding in all systems
- Implement system integrations and emerging technologies (AI tools)
- Provide technical troubleshooting and equipment replacement, set up and coordination
