About The Position
Liberty Resources is currently seeking a Health Information Specialist to assist with medical record collection and release. The Health Information Specialist Releases and obtains patient information from medical records, performing all functions in accordance with agency policies and procedures, HIPAA, and State and Federal Regulations.
