About The Position
The Health Information ROI Representative 1 is responsible for safeguarding patient privacy and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations regarding the release of health information. This role involves processing requests for health information, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service to patients and requesters. The representative will work part-time, primarily during the day shift, and will be expected to handle various clerical functions as needed.
