In this position, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. Your primary goal is to provide excellent customer service, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 3:00pm - 11:30pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer 4 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of training will be 8:00am - 4:30pm CST, Monday - Friday. You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
