About The Position
The Health Information Management Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing and ensuring the accuracy of electronic health records (EHR) within Corewell Health. This position involves acting as a liaison between physician offices and the health information management team, verifying completed dictation, and performing quality monitoring of patient information. The coordinator is also responsible for training and mentoring HIM Technicians and may take on a lead role as necessary.
