The Health Information Data Analyst is responsible for identifying, extracting, organizing, storing, analyzing, reporting, and modeling data in support of Medical Affairs, Provider Relations, and Government Affairs initiatives. The primary focus of the Data Analyst will be responding to business unit analytical and reporting requests and creating actionable and meaningful insights, which impact critical strategic issues and help navigate process improvement and decisions. This position is responsible for designing and maintaining an effective approach for finding valuable insights from large, rich datasets from both internal and external sources. This position will assist in the development of metrics and analytical solutions, ensuring that the latest industry best practices are taken into consideration that are important to divisional stakeholders. Collaborates with subject matter experts and management to select the relevant sources of information. “This position is eligible to work onsite, remote or hybrid (9 or more days a month on site) in accordance with our Telecommuting Policy.
