About The Position
The Health and Fitness Coordinator oversees health and fitness programs for the Senior Services Department. This role involves implementing, developing, and teaching fitness and aquatic programs specifically designed for senior patrons. The coordinator is responsible for scheduling CPR classes, assisting with budget preparations, and serving as a liaison for the Arthritis Foundation. Additional duties include preparing lifeguard schedules, conducting orientations for new patrons, and ensuring the fitness room equipment is in good condition.
