This position, with minimal supervision, involves providing individual and family support services, teaching classes, and organizing and implementing patient education programs.

Requirements

• 4 Year/Bachelor's Degree, BSN required
• At least 2 years of experience working with children and families
• Refer to the Life Support Training Policy for additional details
• Individual must be self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
• Position requires flexible work schedule to accommodate needs of job

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family support services
• Teach classes
• Organize and implement the patient education programs
• Perform additional duties as assigned
