Your Role & Impact As a Health Coverage Enrollment Supervisor, you'll lead a dedicated team that helps patients navigate and enroll in health coverage programs like Medi-Cal and Covered California. You'll oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and provide hands-on support to staff and applicants. Your leadership will directly impact our ability to deliver timely, accurate, and compassionate enrollment assistance—making healthcare more accessible for those who need it most.

Requirements

Associate degree in social services, health education, public health, or related field—or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in health coverage enrollment (Medi-Cal / Covered California or Cal Fresh)
2+ years of supervisory or lead experience
Bilingual in Spanish
Strong knowledge of public health insurance programs
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in social services, health education, public health, or other health related field.
Two (2) years of health coverage enrollment experience.
Certified Enrollment Counselor (CEC) certification.
Completion of a Supervisory Certificate Program.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Experience working with underserved populations.
