About The Position
Serotonin Centers is the nation’s premier anti-aging and wellness destination, dedicated to empowering clients to optimize body composition, longevity, and overall well-being. Health Coaches leverage our tech stack—Zenoti, the Serotonin Coach app (Trainerize), InBody, and digital trackers—to deliver personalized, data-driven coaching across exercise, nutrition, habit change, and nutraceutical supplementation. Role Overview: The Health Coach (HC) guides clients through transformative wellness journeys, building measurable outcomes and accountability. You will own client results, engagement, and retention, using Serotonin systems, processes, and service catalog to deliver an exceptional member experience.
Requirements
- Passion for health and wellness; empathetic, client-centered communicator.
- Tech adaptability to Zenoti, Serotonin Coach app, InBody, and general business platforms.
- Strong organization, follow-through, and accountability to outcomes.
- Comfort with consultative sales; ability to educate and motivate.
Nice To Haves
- Phlebotomy certification a plus.
