Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the health center.
• Manage staff and lead session coaches to create exceptional member experiences.
• Develop and implement health and wellness programs.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and handle member concerns.
• Generate and create reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Conduct weekly one-on-ones with session coaches.
• Manage the recruiting and training process for session coaches.
• Promote OsteoStrong and encourage new memberships through marketing strategies.
• Work with the center owner on events and marketing efforts.
• Perform evaluations for session coaches and provide performance feedback.
