Health Center Manager – Coral Springs Coral Springs-Health Centers The Health Center Manager plays a key role in creating a positive, patient-centered experience by coordinating staff, resources, and daily operations of the health centers. This role helps foster a culture of service excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement while promoting healthy living, disease prevention, and patient engagement. The Health Center Manager serves as the on-site leader, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and partnering with the Clinical Operations Director to support both strategic and day-to-day goals. This position is ideal for a motivated, servant leader who enjoys being visible and involved with their team, thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships, is passionate about patient care and regulatory compliance, manages time well, consistently follows up and follows through, and takes pride in supporting and developing a high-performing, engaged team. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and as needed for operational support.
