About The Position

The temporary health center clerk performs numerous clerical duties including, but not limited to, data entry, file maintenance, chart abstraction into upcoming Electronic Medical Record, answering telephones, and other general office functions. The clerk will also assist with kitchen duties.

Requirements

  • Applicants must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • at least one-year general office experience
  • This position entails having access to highly confidential information, associate must be discreet and able to maintain confidentiality
  • The associate must be organized and detail oriented
  • computer proficiency with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • accurate data entry skills
  • legible handwriting
  • the ability to follow directions and complete projects in a timely manner
