About The Position
The Health Care Technician III at Grand Junction Regional Center (GJRC) is responsible for supporting the work unit supervisor to ensure personal outcomes are achieved for individuals receiving services. This includes managing resources, resident records, and the operation of the residential site. The role involves providing direction to staff, overseeing daily living activities, ensuring safety and compliance with individual plans, and responding to behavioral challenges. The technician must also administer treatments and medications, assist with emergency situations, and maintain the living environment. Administrative duties include monitoring client records and assisting with budget management.
