About The Position
The Health Benefit Representative (HBR) plays a crucial role in promoting and selling Fidelis Care products and services. This position focuses on identifying membership growth opportunities within a designated territory and achieving production goals by enrolling individuals in suitable health plans. The HBR is responsible for educating potential members about various health products, conducting needs-based analyses, and guiding them through the application and enrollment process. Additionally, the HBR represents Fidelis Care at community events and builds relationships to generate referrals and new opportunities.
