About The Position
Quail Park of Lynnwood is seeking a compassionate and dynamic Resident Care Leader to oversee our resident care services in Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities. This role is ideal for an RN or LPN who is passionate about enhancing the lives of seniors and is committed to providing exceptional care that respects residents' rights and adheres to the highest standards of nursing care. As a key member of our management team, you will lead and inspire a team of dedicated care professionals, ensuring that our residents receive safe and effective care tailored to their individual needs. You will be responsible for developing and implementing service plans that engage residents in a manner that honors their personal histories, interests, and abilities. In this position, you will uphold compliance with all state regulations, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for both residents and staff. You will provide training and guidance on dementia care practices and other nursing topics, ensuring that our team is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed for success. Additionally, you will actively participate in marketing and networking activities to promote our community's programs. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and documentation skills, who can adapt to the ever-changing needs of our residents and represent our community positively and professionally.
