About The Position

As Health and Safety Supervisor, you are responsible for preventing all occupational hazards that could endanger the safety of employees, subcontractors, and/or compromise the performance of industrial equipment, machinery, and installations. You must deploy the general HSE policy within your assigned entity and contribute to its continuous improvement by being proactive and ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, and requirements related to health and safety at work, in coordination with various stakeholders.

Requirements

Mastery of HSE regulations and standards (ISO 45 000, ISO 9001, etc.)
Proficiency in risk analysis techniques
Good knowledge of cross-functional project management techniques
Mastery of HSE management system deployment
Risk analysis
Regulatory monitoring
Proficiency in managing liquid, solid, and gaseous waste
Knowledge of water and energy rationalization systems
Communication and listening skills
Ability to animate and manage interfaces
Field orientation
Audit approach
Analytical mindset and rigor
Adaptability
Bachelor's or Master's degree in QHSE with 3 to 5 years of experience as a Health and Safety Supervisor in an industrial environment (preferably heavy industry) with a field orientation
Position requires geographic mobility within the southeast zone of Morocco.

Responsibilities

Identify and analyze risks within your entity concerning health, safety, and working conditions and implement necessary prevention measures
Implement the site HSE policy and approach, contributing to the improvement of the Group's policy
Respect and enforce HSE standards within your scope, remaining vigilant regarding potential interactions with other departments and entities
Implement the HSE action plan within your scope
Contribute to HSE audits and monitor the implementation of plans to address any non-conformities
Consolidate action plans developed by responsible parties and ensure their follow-up
Handle incidents or accidents in collaboration with those involved
Ensure the availability of personal protective equipment for staff
Propose and conduct HSE training or information sessions
Advise all departments within the entity on HSE and working conditions and systematically report identified risks to management with a proposed action plan
Participate in the 45001 certification project
Conduct training and awareness sessions for teams on HSE standards
