About The Position

The Health & Nutrition Coordinator plays a vital role in planning, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive health, dental, nutrition, and child development services for infants, toddlers, and families enrolled in Early Head Start. You'll provide training and technical assistance to partner providers, support families in accessing care, manage key health documentation, and ensure full compliance with Head Start Program Performance Standards (HSPPS) and state licensing requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health or Nutrition related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a position that directly relates to implementing, supporting and monitoring family services for young children and their families
• At least 2 years of experience working in/with child health and development community
• Knowledge of basic health education practices
• Ability to accurately track, enter, and manage health-related data
