Job Purpose: To support the mission of Good Earth Markets by developing foundational/advanced knowledge in natural health, nutrition, and wellness retail. The Health and Nutrition Apprentice assists customers with product questions, learns basic and advanced knowledge of supplements, sports nutrition, and natural foods, and supports department operations under the guidance of experienced team members. This role is designed as a learning pathway to build future expertise and confidence in customer education, product recommendations, and holistic wellness principles.
