About The Position

Responsible for assisting in the development, organization, direct marketing and delivery of the Sports Medicine Center's Strength & Conditioning Services including, but not limited to: high school contracts, team speed and agility training, customized injury prevention programming, personal and group training. Ensures emphasis on evidence-based programming and promotes synergistic relationships with other Sports Medicine clinical services and programming.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualifications include bachelors degree and certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and/or American College of Sports Medicine.
  • Previous experience working with athletic populations required.
  • CPR Certification required.

Nice To Haves

  • An advanced degree is preferred.
  • Examples of additional desired certifications include: Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Association, USA Weightlifting, USA Track & Field, Titleist Performance Institute, and Crossfit.
