About The Position

Head Girls Wrestling Coach Job Summary Work with the Wrestling coaching staff in managing all aspects of the high school girls wrestling program including try-outs, pre-season planning, practice schedules and routines. Specific areas of responsibility including adminstrative oversight and responsibility with the girls wrestling program. Provide regular communication with parents/families Regularly track the academic progress of all student athletes in the program and facilitate necessary support systems to ensure their academic eligibility.

• NFHS Fundamentals of coaching certification/OSAA Beyond the Scoreboard
• ODE Steriod Certification
• First Aid/CPR certification
• Homelessness Education/Service Students
• Bloodborne Pathogens Certification
• Concussion Management
• Heat Acclimation Certification
• Sexual Misconduct in Oregon Schools
• District Fingerprinting/Criminal Background check
• OSAA Interrupting and Preventing Discriminatory Acts Training

• Applicants should have experience participating at the high school and/or college level.
