About The Position
Brevard High School is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Varsity Volleyball Coach to lead our successful program. We're looking for a passionate coach who can inspire athletes, build on our winning culture, and uphold high moral and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Proven high school (or higher) volleyball coaching experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of rules, strategies, and training.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive, competitive volleyball program.
- Plan and conduct effective practices.
- Foster academic success and character development.
- Manage program budget and fundraising.
- Cultivate positive relationships with athletes, parents, and school staff.
