About The Position

Role Impact Summary The Swim Coach will lead and strengthen the swim program while fostering a positive and accountable team culture. This role directly impacts athletic performance, leadership development, and long-term program momentum. The successful candidate demonstrates fairness, consistency, and integrity in all coaching decisions. What Success Looks Like Clear improvement in technique, conditioning, race strategy, and times. Requirements
- Competitive swimming and coaching experience
- Ability to positively and effectively motivate high school athletes
- CPR/First Aid certification required
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with high school athletes preferred
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement structured, season-long training programs
- Provide technical stroke instruction and individualized feedback
- Prepare athletes strategically for competition
- Foster leadership, resilience, and sportsmanship
- Communicate effectively with families and school leadership
- Uphold WIAA regulations and school standards
