About The Position

We are seeking experienced candidates to join our team as our HEAD SUSHI CHEF. We offer competitive pay for all positions, based on experience. Applicants should have reasonable availability, be dependable, and must have reliable transportation. Pay range is determined by years of experience as a sushi chef and managerial or training time with others.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years as a Sushi Chef (Please do not apply if you do not have this)
• Knife & Prep skills and are a must
• High skill level so that you are be able to work fast and accurately
• Great communication and leadership skills to work together as a team

Responsibilities

• Along with working along side other sushi chefs, this position requires you to have the ability to lead others
• Train all new sushi chefs
• Work with the GM to complete periodic inventory
• Any other things needed to ensure that all sushi crew members are the best at their position
