About The Position
The position involves leading the development of the strategic roadmap for the Last Mile Mobility Business Division, focusing on strategy development and investor engagement. The role requires preparing compelling presentations and insights for external stakeholders, including investors, board members, and key functional leaders. Additionally, the candidate will act as a key interface for aligning strategic priorities with cross-functional stakeholders to drive organizational focus and clarity. In terms of performance transformation, the candidate will drive operational transformation projects with a strong emphasis on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring scalability. This includes leading the digitization and automation of processes across functions to enable operational excellence and long-term sustainability. The role also involves benchmarking operational practices and metrics against industry leaders to set transformative targets and monitor progress effectively. The candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining an executive dashboard to provide the CEO and leadership with real-time insights on business performance. They will oversee the implementation of strategic MIS systems to support decision-making and the execution of key initiatives, as well as track, analyze, and report the impact of transformation projects to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.
