About The Position

We are committed to providing high-quality child care and comprehensive education, health and well-being services to children from 6 weeks to 5 years. We are now hiring a Teacher to join us in our mission of creating a warm and supportive environment where children and families can thrive.

Requirements

• Have a CDA or Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood (preferred) or related coursework equivalent to a major relating to Early Childhood Education.
• Have experience working with children in a center-based setting; prior experience working with families preferred
• Be willing to work flexible hours to meet families’ needs.
• Immunized against MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) and TDaP (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis).
• Must be able to pass a background check, to include DHHS and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with families to develop child focused goals that meet individual needs
• Planning, implementing and documenting a comprehensive child development program suitable for preschoolers.
• Building positive and supportive relationships with children and families
• Help coordinating the daily operations of the classroom
