About The Position

SUMMARY: The Head Start Preschool Teacher will provide educational experiences and activities, which will promote the intellectual, social, emotional and physical growth. Responsibilities would include: all aspect of classroom education, curriculum implementation, student assessment, and related paperwork. Location: Gordon Early Literacy Center, 351 Kersey St, Coatesville, PA 19320 Schedule: 8am - 4pm, 7.5paid hours per day, 190 day school calendar year position Great opportunity for work / life balance and to have the summer off! 10 paid sick days - prorated based on date of hire Pay-rate: $37.09 per hour (w2 employment) About CCRES As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, CCRES Educational and Behavioral Health Services is an organization of dedicated and highly-trained staff members who provide quality services to schools, children, adults, and families. Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field (child development, psychology, etc).
PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
PA Department of Education FBI
TB Screening (current within 3 months)
Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts

Nice To Haves

Experience with classroom management and designing of lesson plans including individualized goals for students
