Location: Redmond, Bend, La Pine, Prineville NeighborImpact’s Head Start program Overview NeighborImpact Head Start is a comprehensive early education program serving children and families in Central Oregon. It integrates high-quality pre-kindergarten education with essential services such as health, nutrition, and family advocacy. Operating across multiple sites, NeighborImpact Head Start supports social competence, school readiness, and overall well-being of children from ages three to five. Overview of Key Duties and Responsibilities: The Substitute Teacher Advocate develops strong nurturing relationships with children and families, develops quality partnerships that encourage family engagement in their child's learning, and work with families to provide a full range of family services. This position is responsible for providing children with a developmentally appropriate learning environment in preparation for school success, meeting Head Start performance standards, following the agency policies and procedures, and Child Care Licensing rules and regulations.
