About The Position
The Head Start Mental Health & Disabilities Manager is a professional role responsible for coordinating and monitoring mental and behavioral health and disability services for the Community Action Partnership of Central Illinois' Head Start Program. This position involves conducting classroom observations, mental health assessments, and preparing mental health plans for children and staff as needed. The manager will also provide education on mental health and wellness to staff and families, ensuring that children with disabilities receive appropriate services and support.
