Requirements
- High school diploma working towards CDA to be completed within two years of hire.
- Experience working with young children.
- compassionate, organized, flexible, communicator, team-player
- Lift 30 pounds
Nice To Haves
- Child Development Associate (CDA)- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field.
- 2 years' experience in early childhood education and direct experience with at-risk population, Head Start experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist classroom staff in maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment for children and staff.
- Support classroom activities and lesson implementation.
- Promote positive child interactions and development.
- Assist with daily routines and caregiving tasks.
