Requirements

• Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification and at least one NCCA-accredited certification.
• At least 1 year of strength and conditioning experience in group, team, or personal training settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred).
• A contagious passion for training athletes of all ages (7 to adult).
• Ability to rally a room with high-energy coaching and top-tier customer service.
• Organized, driven, and ready to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and community events.

Nice To Haves

• Preference is a CSCS certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead with Fire: Take the helm as the main coach for D1 membership workouts, D1-on-1, small group personal training, and team sessions.
• Build Your Dream Team: Mentor and train your coaching squad through high-energy staff meetings, continuing education, and program reviews.
• Inspire Every Athlete: Create a electrifying, positive environment where every athlete feels unstoppable.
• Own the Process: Lead First Training Assessments (FTAs), set bold goals, and build tight-knit relationships with athletes.
• Keep It Sharp: Oversee quality control with regular audits and feedback to ensure every session meets D1’s world-class standards.
• Take the Spotlight: Lead the charge at marketing events like competitions and combines.
• Shape the Future: Share game-changing feedback and epic success stories with the D1 Home Office.
