JOB OVERVIEW: Under the guidance of the Restaurant Manager, the Head Sommelier is responsible for curating, managing, and executing the restaurant’s wine program, including selection, procurement, storage, and service of wines. This role leads the sommelier team to deliver exceptional guest experiences through expert wine service, staff training, and seamless collaboration with culinary and front-of-house teams.
