Under administrative direction, the Head Softball Coach provides strategic leadership for all aspects of the softball program, including coaching, instruction, recruitment, and operations. You’ll guide student-athletes from their first campus visit through graduation and beyond—supporting their development as competitors, students, and future professionals. JOB SUMMARY: Under administrative supervision, this position administers all softball programs and courses for the College. Duties include: supervising professional/support/coaching staff; administering and coaching of the softball team including recruitment, retention, completion, placement of athletes, and fiscal management; and managing the IRSC summer and showcase program.
