About The Position
Dalton High School has an opening for Head Softball Coach. The candidate must be eligible for a current teacher vacancy at Dalton High School. This position is posted for the 2025-2026 school year. The role involves monitoring student academic and course progression for post-secondary success, instructing athletes in fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training necessary for individual and team success, and planning activities for a balanced program of classroom instruction, demonstrations, and work time. The coach will also be responsible for character development, self-discipline, and maintaining high morale within the softball program.
