Requirements

• Previous experience in a head server or supervisory role within a restaurant or bar.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
• Experience in a Japanese or sushi restaurant.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere while leading by example.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing bills accurately.
• A passion for hospitality and commitment to upholding high service standards.
