About The Position
We are seeking a strategic, execution-oriented Head of Operations US to lead a high-performing, geographically distributed team. This role is accountable for ensuring seamless, end-to-end operational service delivery across the Property and Casualty lines, while driving operational excellence, service innovation, and superior customer and stakeholder experiences. The mandate of this role also includes the management of regulatory operations. To ensure compliant solutions are delivered in line with the external regulatory environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in commercial property and casualty insurance. Coupled with significant experience in servicing domestic US customers as well as International Program clients. A track record in leading leaders of teams through a transformation and having demonstrated change management, stakeholder engagement, and operational leadership skills. A proven ability to manage operations with a data- and KPI-driven mindset is critical. This role reports directly to the Global Head of Business Services, holds a permanent seat on the US Market Unit Leadership Team, and plays a key role in shaping and executing strategic decisions across the portfolio.
