About The Position
The Head of Workplace Experience at GSK is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and managing the strategic direction of the Workplace Real Estate & Facilities (WREF) team. This position focuses on enhancing the employee experience through innovative workplace design, service delivery, and technology integration. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that GSK's workplaces are engaging, inclusive, and optimized for performance, while also overseeing change management and financial management of the CoE budget.
