About The Position

The Head of Value Realization plays a critical role in ensuring Acrisure’s broader operating-model modernization translate into real, measurable, and sustained business impact. This role sits at the intersection of operations, transformation, third-party delivery, and finance, serving as the connective tissue between strategy and results. Rather than acting as a traditional FP&A lead, this position focuses on value identification, validation, prioritization, and communication ensuring that savings, productivity gains, and service improvements are clearly understood, accurately reflected, and fully realized. Equally important, this leader serves as the chief evangelist for value across the enterprise helping executives, operators, and partners understand what matters most , where value is coming from , and how progress is being delivered . In a fast-scaling, acquisition-driven fintech environment, this role ensures Acrisure stays focused on outcomes over activity, clarity over complexity, and value over volume.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience across transformation programs, enterprise initiatives, vendor-led change, segmentation strategies or large-scale operational programs, preferably in financial services, insurance, fintech, or adjacent industries.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with Finance to validate savings, productivity improvements, and transformation benefits without being a traditional FP&A owner.
  • Strong background working with third parties, vendors, or outsourced service models, including understanding how value is created, tracked, and realized.
  • Proven ability to prioritize complex portfolios of work, focusing organizations on what delivers the most value.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate, influence, and evangelize change across senior leaders and operational teams.
  • Value-Driven Pragmatist : Focuses on outcomes over theory; ensures transformation efforts translate into real, usable results.
  • Enterprise Connector: Brings together Finance, Operations, Technology, and vendors to align on shared value goals.

Responsibilities

  • Value Realization & Benefits Orchestration Own the end-to-end value realization framework for key operational change strategy and related transformation initiatives across North America Retail.
  • Identify, define, and track value across cost savings, productivity gains, vendor economics, rightshoring benefits, service efficiency, and operating-model simplification.
  • Partner closely with Finance to ensure value assumptions, savings logic, and realized benefits are accurately validated, reported, and reflected in financial outcomes.
  • Ensure value realization remains practical, achievable, and grounded in how the business actually operates.
  • Value Management Translate contractual commitments, SLAs, productivity assumptions, and transformation roadmaps into clear value narratives and measurable outcomes.
  • Support project prioritization and scope decisions to ensure focus remains on initiatives that matter most to enterprise impact, not just activity volume.
  • Prioritization, Focus & Value Discipline Help leadership teams prioritize transformation initiatives based on value, feasibility, and strategic importance.
  • Apply a pragmatic mindset — cutting through noise, stopping low-value work, and reinforcing disciplined focus on high-impact outcomes.
  • Ensure each major workstream has clear value hypotheses, success measures, and accountability.
  • Executive Value Storytelling & Transparency Translate complex transformation activity into clear, executive-ready narratives that explain where value is coming from, what is at risk, and what is being delivered.
  • Develop simple, credible dashboards and readouts that show progress against value commitments without unnecessary financial complexity.
  • Serve as a trusted voice to senior leaders on operational strategy decisions and why it matters.
  • Cross-Functional Enablement & Partnership Partner with Operations, Transformation, PMO, Technology, Client Experience, and Finance to ensure value realization is embedded into execution, not treated as a back-end exercise.
  • Act as a connector across teams, aligning efforts, clarifying ownership, and reinforcing outcome-based delivery.
  • Support planning, sequencing, and decision-making by grounding discussions in impact, trade-offs, and enterprise value.
  • Change Enabler & Operational Strategy Evangelist Act as a visible change enabler for large strategic initiatives by reinforcing the why , what , and value of the transformation across leadership, operators, and partners.
  • Translate strategy into practical, role-relevant outcomes, remove friction and ambiguity, and help teams move from alignment to action.
  • Serve as a trusted voice that builds confidence, maintains momentum, and ensures adoption keeps pace with execution and value delivery.
