WeaveGrid is seeking a Head of Go-to-Market (GTM) to define and execute on our strategy to grow utility customer accounts. Reporting to the CEO and serving on the executive team, the Head of GTM will oversee Business Development (selling to utilities), Sales Operations, and Customer Success. The right candidate may also be responsible for broader go-to-market functions such as Enterprise Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales Engineering. This is a pivotal role for a strategic, metrics-driven leader who thrives in mission-driven environments and knows how to build and lead high-performing, cross-functional GTM teams.
